Canceling a Subscription

Canceling ends your subscription to a Lead Group. You'll stop receiving introductions from that market.

When to Cancel

Cancel a subscription when:

  • You no longer serve that geographic area

  • The market isn't working for your business

  • You're consolidating to fewer Lead Groups

  • You're closing or restructuring your business

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Lead Groups at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/lead-groups

  2. Find the Lead Group you want to cancel

  3. Click the card to open the subscription dialog

  4. Click Cancel Subscription

  5. Confirm the cancellation

What Happens After Canceling

  • You immediately stop receiving new introductions from this Lead Group

  • Your existing introductions remain accessible in My Leads

  • The Lead Group shows as "Available" (not subscribed)

  • Your budget settings are removed

Re-subscribing Later

If you change your mind, you can subscribe again anytime:

  1. Find the Lead Group

  2. Click to open the dialog

  3. Set a new monthly budget

  4. Subscribe

You'll start fresh with a new subscription.

Warning: Last Subscription

If you're canceling your only remaining subscription, you'll see a warning. Without any active subscriptions, you won't receive any introductions.
