After getting your Zapier invite, you need to connect your LeadHQL account to Zapier.
Prerequisites

Zapier account with LeadHQL integration access (get invite at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/organization/lead-sync)

Active LeadHQL account
Connection Steps

Log in to Zapier at https://zapier.com

Start creating a new Zap (or go to My Apps)

Search for LeadHQL

Click Connect
-
A popup appears asking you to authorize

Log in to your LeadHQL account if prompted

Authorize Zapier to access your LeadHQL data

Connection complete
What Gets Connected
When you connect, Zapier can:

Receive new introduction data from LeadHQL
-
Access introduction details (name, email, phone, etc.)

Trigger actions when new introductions arrive
Zapier cannot:

Modify your LeadHQL settings
-
Change your subscriptions
-
Access your billing information
Testing the Connection
After connecting:

Create a test Zap with LeadHQL as the trigger

Choose "New Lead" as the trigger event
-
Zapier will test by pulling recent introductions

If successful, you'll see sample data
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
Can't find LeadHQL in Zapier? Make sure you've clicked the invite link first. Go to https://leadhql.com/dashboard/organization/lead-sync and click Get Zapier Invite.
Authorization fails? Try logging out of LeadHQL and back in, then retry the connection.
