Viewing Your Call Calendar

The Sales Assistant dashboard shows all your AI-assisted calls in a calendar view.

Accessing the Calendar

Go to Sales Assistant at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/sales-assistant.

Calendar Overview

The main view displays:

  • All scheduled calls

  • Completed calls

  • Failed or missed calls

  • Call times and dates

Date Range Selection

By default, you see the current week. To change the date range:

  1. Click the date range selector

  2. Choose a different week or custom range

  3. The calendar updates to show that period

Refresh Data

Click the Refresh button to pull the latest call data.

Stats Overview

Above the calendar, you'll see summary statistics:

  • Total Calls - Number of calls in the selected period

  • Successful - Calls that connected and completed

  • Failed - Calls that didn't connect or were dropped

  • Duration - Average or total call time

Calendar Events

Each call appears as an event showing:

  • Time of the call

  • Contact name

  • Call status (scheduled, completed, failed)

Viewing Call Details

Click any calendar event to open the detail panel with:

  • Full contact information

  • Call recording

  • Transcript

  • Outcome and notes

  • Call metrics

Filtering and Navigation

  • Use arrow buttons to move between weeks

  • Jump to specific dates with the date picker

  • Stats update automatically when the date range changes
