Every Sales Assistant call generates a transcript so you can review what was said.

Accessing Transcripts

  1. Go to Sales Assistant at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/sales-assistant

  2. Find the call in the calendar

  3. Click the call to open details

  4. View the transcript in the detail panel

Transcript Format

Transcripts show:

  • Speaker labels - Who said what (AI assistant vs. contact)

  • Timestamps - When each part was said

  • Full text - Complete conversation content

What to Look For

Qualification Information

  • Timeline for purchase

  • Budget indicators

  • Location preferences

  • Property type interests

Buyer Sentiment

  • Level of interest

  • Concerns or objections

  • Questions they asked

Next Steps

  • Was a meeting scheduled?

  • Follow-up promised?

  • Specific requests made?

Using Transcripts

Before your follow-up call: Read the transcript to know what was discussed and continue the conversation naturally.

For team handoffs: Share transcripts so colleagues understand the buyer's situation.

Call Recordings

Some calls may also have audio recordings available. Look for a play button in the call detail view.
