What is a Lead Group?

Last updated on Dec 06, 2025

A Lead Group is a geographic area where you can receive buyer introductions. Each Lead Group represents a specific market - typically a region, city, or area where international buyers are searching for properties.

How Lead Groups Work

When you subscribe to a Lead Group, you're telling LeadHQL: "I want to receive buyer introductions in this area."

We run marketing campaigns targeting international buyers interested in properties within that geographic area. When a buyer clicks on a property listing and expresses interest, they're introduced exclusively to an agency subscribed to that Lead Group.

Lead Group Details

Each Lead Group has:

  • Name - Usually the geographic area (e.g., "Costa del Sol", "Algarve", "Mallorca")

  • Country - The country the area is in

  • Cost Per Introduction (CPL) - How much you pay per buyer introduction

  • Coverage Area - The specific geographic boundaries

Subscribing to Lead Groups

You can subscribe to as many Lead Groups as you want. For each subscription, you set a monthly budget - this controls how many introductions you receive.

Why Multiple Lead Groups?

Many agencies operate in several areas. Subscribing to multiple Lead Groups lets you:

  • Receive introductions across all your service areas

  • Set different budgets per area based on demand

  • Pause specific areas during slow seasons
