Setting Your Monthly Budget

Your monthly budget controls how much you spend on introductions for each Lead Group. How Budgets Work When you subscribe to a Lead Group, you set a monthly budget (e.g., €1000/month). This budget determines: - The maximum you'll spend on that Lead Group per month - Approximately how many introductions you'll receive (budget ÷ CPL) Example: If a Lead Group has a €20 CPL and you set a €1000 budget, you'll receive up to 50 introductions per month. Setting Your Budget 1. Go to Lead Groups at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/lead-groups 2. Click on the Lead Group you want to subscribe to (or already subscribe to) 3. Enter your desired monthly budget 4. Click Subscribe or Update Changing Your Budget You can adjust your budget anytime: 1. Find the Lead Group in your subscriptions 2. Click to open the subscription dialog 3. Enter a new budget amount 4. Save changes Budget changes take effect immediately. Budget Tips - Start conservative - Begin with a smaller budget to test the market - Scale based on results - Increase budgets for Lead Groups where you're converting well - Match your capacity - Only budget for as many introductions as you can follow up on within 24-48 hours - Monitor spending - Check your dashboard stats to see current month spending vs. budget Budget vs. Balance Your budget is a limit per Lead Group. Your balance is the prepaid funds in your account. You need sufficient balance to cover your introductions - if your balance runs low, add funds at Billing.

How Lead Delivery Works

Understanding how introductions flow from buyer to you helps set expectations and optimize your response. The Delivery Process 1. Buyer Sees Your Listing We run marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. Buyers see property listings that match their interests. 2. Buyer Clicks and Engages When a buyer clicks on a listing and submits their information, they've expressed genuine interest in properties like yours. 3. Exclusive Introduction The buyer is introduced exclusively to one agency - you. They're not shared with competitors. 4. You Receive the Introduction The introduction appears in your My Leads dashboard at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/lead. You also receive an email notification. 5. Your Balance is Charged Your prepaid balance is reduced by the Lead Group's cost per introduction (CPL). Delivery Timing Introductions are delivered in real-time as buyers engage with our campaigns. This means: - You may receive introductions at any time - Volume fluctuates based on campaign performance and buyer activity - Email notifications help you stay on top of new introductions What You Receive Each introduction includes: - Contact details - Name, email, phone number - Source - Meta or Google - Language - Buyer's preferred language - Timestamp - When they submitted Your Response We recommend responding within 24-48 hours. These are early-stage buyers (typically 3-12 months from purchasing), so your first contact is about building a relationship, not closing a sale. If Something Goes Wrong If an introduction shows a Failed status or you don't receive expected introductions: 1. Check your account balance - low funds prevent delivery 2. Verify your subscription is active (not paused) 3. Contact support if issues persist

Understanding CPL (Cost Per Lead) Pricing

LeadHQL uses a Cost Per Lead (CPL) pricing model. You pay a fixed amount for each buyer introduction you receive. How CPL Works Each Lead Group has its own CPL - the price you pay per introduction in that area. Example: If a Lead Group has a €25 CPL: - Each introduction costs €25 - A €1000 monthly budget gives you ~40 introductions - Your balance is reduced by €25 each time you receive an introduction Why CPL Varies CPL differs between Lead Groups based on: - Market demand - Higher-value markets may have higher CPL - Competition - More agencies wanting a market affects pricing - Campaign costs - Our advertising costs in that market Viewing CPL To see a Lead Group's CPL: 1. Go to Lead Groups at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/lead-groups 2. Click on any Lead Group 3. The CPL is displayed in the subscription dialog CPL is always shown before you subscribe, so there are no surprises. CPL vs. Monthly Budget - CPL = Cost per individual introduction - Monthly Budget = Maximum you'll spend per month on that Lead Group Your budget divided by CPL equals approximately how many introductions you'll receive monthly. The Economics Consider the ROI potential: - Average property transaction: €200,000 - €800,000 - Commission on one sale can cover many months of introductions - Even a 1-2% conversion rate delivers strong returns No Hidden Fees LeadHQL pricing is transparent: - No monthly retainers - No setup fees - No minimum commitments - You only pay for introductions received Your dashboard shows real-time spending so you always know where you stand.
