How Lead Delivery Works

Last updated on Dec 06, 2025

Understanding how introductions flow from buyer to you helps set expectations and optimize your response.

The Delivery Process

1. Buyer Sees Your Listing

We run marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. Buyers see property listings that match their interests.

2. Buyer Clicks and Engages

When a buyer clicks on a listing and submits their information, they've expressed genuine interest in properties like yours.

3. Exclusive Introduction

The buyer is introduced exclusively to one agency - you. They're not shared with competitors.

4. You Receive the Introduction

The introduction appears in your My Leads dashboard at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/lead. You also receive an email notification.

5. Your Balance is Charged

Your prepaid balance is reduced by the Lead Group's cost per introduction (CPL).

Delivery Timing

Introductions are delivered in real-time as buyers engage with our campaigns. This means:

  • You may receive introductions at any time

  • Volume fluctuates based on campaign performance and buyer activity

  • Email notifications help you stay on top of new introductions

What You Receive

Each introduction includes:

  • Contact details - Name, email, phone number

  • Source - Meta or Google

  • Language - Buyer's preferred language

  • Timestamp - When they submitted

Your Response

We recommend responding within 24-48 hours. These are early-stage buyers (typically 3-12 months from purchasing), so your first contact is about building a relationship, not closing a sale.

If Something Goes Wrong

If an introduction shows a Failed status or you don't receive expected introductions:

  1. Check your account balance - low funds prevent delivery

  2. Verify your subscription is active (not paused)

  3. Contact support if issues persist
