Adding a Payment Method

Add a payment method to fund your LeadHQL account and receive buyer introductions.

Why You Need a Payment Method

LeadHQL uses a prepaid balance model. You need a payment method to:

  • Add funds to your account

  • Pay for introductions as you receive them

  • Subscribe to Lead Groups

Adding Your First Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/payment

  2. Click Add Payment Method

  3. Enter your card details:

    • Card number

    • Expiration date

    • CVC/security code

    • Billing address

  4. Click Save

Supported Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

Multiple Payment Methods

You can add multiple cards:

  • One is marked as your primary/default method

  • You can switch which card is primary

  • Choose which card to use when making payments

Managing Payment Methods

From the Billing page:

  • Add new payment methods

  • Remove existing cards

  • Set primary payment method

Payment Security

Your payment information is:

  • Processed securely through Stripe

  • Never stored on our servers

  • Protected by industry-standard encryption

Troubleshooting

Card declined?

  • Check card details are correct

  • Ensure sufficient funds/credit

  • Verify your bank hasn't blocked the transaction

  • Try a different card

Can't add a card?

  • Ensure all required fields are filled

  • Check the expiration date is valid

  • Contact support if issues persist
