Setting Up Auto-Reload

Auto-reload automatically adds funds to your account when your balance gets low. Why Use Auto-Reload Without auto-reload, you need to manually add funds. If your balance runs out: - You stop receiving introductions - Subscriptions pause - You might miss opportunities Auto-reload ensures uninterrupted service. How Auto-Reload Works You set: 1. Threshold - The balance level that triggers a reload 2. Reload amount - How much to add when triggered Example: - Threshold: €100 - Reload amount: €500 - When your balance drops below €100, €500 is automatically charged to your card Setting Up Auto-Reload 1. Go to Billing at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/payment 2. Find the auto-reload or billing settings section 3. Enable auto-reload 4. Set your threshold amount 5. Set your reload amount 6. Save your preferences Choosing Your Settings Threshold: Set this high enough to cover several days of introductions. If you typically receive 5 introductions/day at €25 each, a €200 threshold gives you ~2 days buffer. Reload amount: Set this to cover at least 2-4 weeks of normal spending to minimize transaction frequency. Managing Auto-Reload You can: - Adjust threshold and reload amounts - Disable auto-reload temporarily - Change the payment method used Notifications You'll receive notifications when: - An auto-reload is triggered - A reload payment fails (action needed) If Auto-Reload Fails If the automatic charge fails: - Check your payment method is valid - Ensure your card has available credit - Add funds manually while resolving - Update your payment method if needed
