Understanding Your Balance

Last updated on Dec 06, 2025

Your LeadHQL account balance is your prepaid credit that pays for buyer introductions.

How Balance Works

  1. You add funds to your account

  2. When you receive an introduction, the cost is deducted

  3. Your balance decreases with each introduction

  4. Add more funds when needed

Viewing Your Balance

Your current balance is visible:

  • In the sidebar next to Billing

  • At the top of the Billing page

  • On your main dashboard stats

Balance and Introductions

Each introduction costs the Lead Group's CPL (Cost Per Lead).

Example:

  • Balance: €500

  • Lead Group CPL: €25

  • You receive an introduction → Balance becomes €475

Low Balance

If your balance gets too low:

  • You may stop receiving introductions

  • Subscriptions may pause

  • Add funds to resume

We recommend keeping enough balance to cover at least a week of expected introductions.

Checking Balance History

The Transactions tab shows:

  • All payments (credits)

  • All introductions charged (debits)

  • Running balance changes

Balance vs. Budget

Balance = Total funds in your account (across all subscriptions)

Budget = Monthly spending limit per Lead Group

You need balance to cover your budgeted spending.
