Why Can't I Subscribe to a Lead Group?

If you're unable to subscribe to a Lead Group, here are the common causes and solutions.

Most Common Cause: No Payment Method

You need a payment method set up before you can subscribe to any Lead Group.

Solution:

  1. Go to Billing at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/payment

  2. Click Add Payment Method

  3. Enter your card details

  4. Save

  5. Return to Lead Groups and try subscribing again

Other Possible Causes

Insufficient Balance

Some subscriptions may require a minimum balance.

Solution: Add funds to your account at the Billing page.

Account Not Verified

Your account may need email verification or other confirmation.

Solution: Check your email for any verification links. Complete any pending account setup steps.

Lead Group Unavailable

The Lead Group may be temporarily unavailable or at capacity.

Solution: Try a different Lead Group, or check back later.

Technical Error

Occasionally, technical issues can prevent subscription.

Solution:

  • Refresh the page

  • Try a different browser

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Contact support if the issue persists
