Why Is My Branding Pending?

If your branding shows as "Pending," it's currently under review. What Pending Means When you submit your branding (logo, colors, name), it goes through an approval process. "Pending" means: - Your submission was received - It's in the review queue - A team member will review it soon How Long Does Review Take? Branding reviews are typically completed within 1-2 business days. What's Being Reviewed We check that: - Logos are clear and professional - Both light and dark versions are provided - Brand name is appropriate - Information is complete While Branding is Pending During the pending period: - Some features may be limited (like Sales Assistant) - You can continue using other dashboard features - Your existing branding (if any) remains active Speeding Up Approval Ensure your submission is complete: - High-quality logo images - Both light and dark theme versions - Clear brand name - All required fields filled Incomplete submissions may take longer or be returned for updates. If It's Taking Longer Than Expected If your branding has been pending for more than 2-3 business days: 1. Check that your submission was complete 2. Look for any emails requesting additional information 3. Contact support to check the status After Approval Once approved: - Status changes to "Approved" - Your branding goes live - Features requiring branding become available - You'll receive confirmation If Branding is Rejected If rejected instead of approved: - You'll see the status change - Feedback or reason should be provided - Make the requested changes - Resubmit for approval
