Check Your Zapier Connection
Is Your Zap Turned On?
-

-
Find your LeadHQL Zap
-
Verify it shows as "On" (not paused or off)
Is the Zap Working?
-
Go to your Zap's task history
-
Look for recent runs
-
Check for any error messages
Common Issues
Zap is Off or Paused
Zaps can be accidentally turned off or may pause after errors.
Solution: Turn the Zap back on in Zapier.
Connection Expired
Your LeadHQL or CRM connection may have expired.
Solution:
-
Go to your Zap
-
Check the LeadHQL connection - reconnect if needed
-
Check your CRM connection - reconnect if needed
Zapier Account Issues
Free Zapier accounts have limits that may pause Zaps.
Solution: Check your Zapier account status and upgrade if needed.
Field Mapping Errors
If required CRM fields aren't mapped, the Zap may fail.
Solution: Edit your Zap and verify all required fields are mapped correctly.
Testing Your Zap
-
Open your Zap in Zapier
-
Click "Test" on each step
-
Verify data flows correctly
-
Fix any errors shown
Check LeadHQL Side
Verify the introduction exists in LeadHQL:
-
Go to My Leads at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/lead
-
Find the introduction
-
Confirm it shows a successful status
If the introduction isn't in LeadHQL, the issue isn't with Zapier.
Still Not Working?
If you've checked everything above:
-
Note the specific introduction that didn't sync
