Browsing Property Listings

The Properties section lets you explore all property listings in the LeadHQL system. Accessing Property Listings Go to Properties → Browse All at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/property-listings. Two Browse Modes Filter View The default view with a grid of property cards. Features: - Advanced filtering options - Property cards with key details - Pagination for large result sets Map View Geographic view of properties. Features: - Properties plotted on an interactive map - Visual location context - Click properties to see details Toggle between views using the switch at the top of the page. Filtering Properties Narrow your search with filters: - Price Range - Set minimum and maximum price - Property Type - House, Apartment, Villa, etc. - Bedrooms/Bathrooms - Minimum room counts - Living Area - Size range - Amenities - Pool, garden, garage, etc. - Condition - New, renovated, needs work - Year Built - Age range - Listing Status - Active, pending, sold, etc. Sorting Results Sort properties by: - Newest listings - Price (low to high) - Price (high to low) - Bedrooms - Living area - Most popular Property Cards Each card shows: - Property image - Price - Location - Property type - Bedrooms and bathrooms - Living area - Organization/agency - Number of active ads Viewing Full Details Click any property card to open the full property detail page with: - Complete photo gallery - Full description - All property specifications - Agent contact information - Associated ad creatives

Adding a New Listing

Add your property listings to LeadHQL so they can be promoted to international buyers. Accessing the Add Form 1. Go to Properties in the sidebar 2. Click Add New or navigate to https://leadhql.com/dashboard/property-listings/manage/new Required Information Basic Details - Title - A compelling property headline - Description - Detailed property description (supports rich text) - Listing Type - Sale or Rent - Property Type - House, Apartment, Villa, etc. - Category - Residential, Commercial, etc. Pricing - Price - The listing price - Currency - Automatically set based on country Location - Address - Start typing to use Google Places autocomplete - City and Country - Filled automatically from address - Postal Code - Property zip/postal code Property Specifications - Bedrooms - Number of bedrooms - Bathrooms - Number of bathrooms - Living Area - Square footage/meters - Lot Size - Land area (if applicable) - Year Built - Construction year - Condition - Property condition Amenities Check all that apply: pool, garden, garage, balcony, etc. Images - Upload property photos - Drag to reorder (first image becomes the main photo) - Recommended: 5-10 high-quality images Agent Assignment Select which agent from your team should be listed as the contact. Saving Your Listing 1. Fill in all required fields 2. Review your information 3. Click Save or Publish Listing Status New listings may need approval before going live. You'll see the status on your My Listings page. Tips for Great Listings - Use high-quality, well-lit photos - Write detailed, accurate descriptions - Include all relevant specifications - Highlight unique features - Keep information up to date

Managing Property Images

High-quality images are crucial for attracting buyer interest. Here's how to manage your listing photos. Uploading Images When adding or editing a listing: 1. Find the Images section 2. Click the upload area or drag and drop files 3. Wait for upload to complete 4. Images appear in the gallery Supported Formats - JPEG/JPG - PNG - WebP Image Order The first image in your gallery is the main/featured photo. It appears: - As the thumbnail in listings - First in the property gallery - In marketing campaigns To reorder images: 1. Click and hold an image 2. Drag it to the desired position 3. Release to drop Removing Images To delete an image: 1. Hover over the image 2. Click the delete/remove button 3. Confirm deletion Deleted images cannot be recovered. Image Tips Quality - Use high-resolution photos - Ensure good lighting - Keep images sharp and in focus - Avoid blurry or dark photos Quantity - Include 5-10 images minimum - Cover all key areas of the property - Show exterior and interior - Include neighborhood/views if attractive Composition - Shoot from corners to show room depth - Include wide-angle shots - Capture unique features - Stage rooms when possible Order - Lead with the best exterior shot - Follow with key living spaces - Group similar areas together - End with outdoor spaces or extras Image Requirements Check that your images: - Are your own or properly licensed - Accurately represent the property - Don't include personal information - Are appropriate for a listing

Managing Agents

Agents are team members who can be assigned to property listings as the contact person. Accessing Agent Management Go to Properties → Agents at https://leadhql.com/dashboard/property-listings/agents. Two Tabs Manage Agents Tab View and edit your organization's agents: - Agent name and avatar - Title/role - Contact information - Active/Inactive status To edit an agent: 1. Click the Edit button on their row 2. Update their information: - Phone number - WhatsApp number - Title - Bio/description 3. Save changes To toggle active status: Use the Active/Inactive switch. Inactive agents won't appear in assignment dropdowns. Invite Members Tab Add new team members who can become agents: 1. Click to open the member invitation panel 2. Enter email addresses to invite 3. Invited members join your organization 4. They become available to designate as agents Agent Information Each agent profile includes: - Display name - Shown on listings - Email - Contact email - Phone - Primary phone number - WhatsApp - WhatsApp contact number - Title - Their role (e.g., "Senior Agent", "Sales Director") - Bio - Brief description shown on listings Creating an Agent from a Member When a new team member joins: 1. They appear in your organization members 2. Go to the Manage Agents tab 3. They're automatically available as an agent 4. Edit their profile to add contact details and bio Assigning Agents to Listings When creating or editing a property: 1. Find the Agent Assignment field 2. Select an agent from the dropdown 3. Only active agents appear in the list Best Practices - Keep agent contact info current - Write compelling bios that build trust - Deactivate agents who leave (don't delete) - Ensure WhatsApp numbers are correct for international buyers

API Keys for Property Integrations

API keys let external systems connect to LeadHQL's property listing API. What API Keys Are For Use API keys when you want to: - Sync listings from your property management system - Automate listing creation and updates - Integrate with third-party tools - Build custom integrations Accessing API Key Management Go to Properties → Settings (or navigate to https://leadhql.com/dashboard/property-listings/settings). Viewing Your API Keys The API Keys table shows: - Name - The key's label/purpose - Status - Active or Revoked - Created - When the key was generated - Expires - Expiration date (if set) - Last Used - Most recent API call - Usage Count - Total number of API calls Creating an API Key 1. Click Create API Key 2. Enter a name (e.g., "Property Sync", "CRM Integration") 3. Click Generate 4. Important: Copy the key immediately - you won't see it again 5. Store the key securely API Key Security - Copy immediately - The full key is shown only once - Store securely - Use a password manager or secrets vault - Don't share publicly - Never commit keys to code repositories - Use descriptive names - Know what each key is for - Revoke if compromised - Create a new key and revoke the old one Revoking an API Key If a key is compromised or no longer needed: 1. Find the key in the table 2. Click Revoke or the delete button 3. Confirm the action Revoked keys stop working immediately. Any integration using that key will fail. Using Your API Key Include the API key in your API requests as specified in the API documentation. Typically this means adding it to request headers. Troubleshooting API calls failing? - Check the key is Active (not Revoked) - Verify you're using the complete key - Check the key hasn't expired - Ensure proper header format Need help with the API?
